Tangshan Zhonghao Chemical Co., Ltd., established in June 2010 and commenced trial production in July 2014, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kailuan Group (a Fortune 500 company) under Kailuan Shares. The company produces multiple grades of polyoxymethylene (POM) products, which are high-performance general-purpose thermoplastic engineering plastics. These products feature excellent color, roundness, aging resistance, secondary processability, and stability, along with outstanding fatigue resistance, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, alkali resistance, and moldability. Known as "the metal among plastics," POM is widely used in automotive, machinery manufacturing, precision instruments, military industry, and other sectors. The company also produces adipic acid, a crucial chemical raw material primarily used in the production of nylon 66, polyurethane PU slurry, shoe sole solutions, plasticizers, and other fields. Additionally, it generates by-products such as cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone, cyclohexane, cyclohexene, and dibasic acids.
